Please note:
All website prices are given in US dollars. Charges made to credit cards with
accounts in some other currency will be charged to the purchaser after
conversion of the US dollar amount into their own local currency.
Returns
Returns
We offer a no-questions-asked 10 day exchange policy for any item that is either
defective or damaged during shipping.
You may return most new, unopened items sold and shipped by us within 10 days of
delivery for exchange. For example: You received an incorrect or
defective item, etc.
Some opened items may be returned within 10 days after delivery and may qualify
to receive either a full or a partial refund as long as all items are undamaged,
all original packing and instructions are included.
Custom order items opened and returned after 10 days may be qualified for a
partial refund.
If you need to return an item, please contact us and
we will guide you through the returns process.
